Blum's dynamic new Head Office and Showroom utilises modern precast construction for strength, longevity and enduring protection from the elements while harnessing colour, texture and decorative detail within the structural elements of the building.  Monarc Cioccolato concrete provides a mid toned earthen colour scheme complimented by Monarc's white Mascarpone entry feature precast wall.  

Diamond honing was selected to reveal the true beauty of natures own timeless aggregates cemented within the structural concrete itself. Architectural rebate reliefs were milled from the cioccolato panels to break up the facade and segment the fascia of the building. All Monarc concrete complimented other building materials to provide harmony and balance amidst a natural picturesque backdrop of Auckland west wetlands and the central city beyond.
