Early design engagement and collaboration between Nauhria Precast, Walker group Architects, Holmes consulting and the Client representative provided the ability for in depth best practices to be considered in the design. Value engineering was achieved from an early stage while in keeping with the clients specific project needs.
Monarc provided an opportunity to delivery a low maintenance, enduring building of beauty, astute to the importance bestowed on the key Stake Centre project redevelopment and respectfully in keeping with the historical value of the site.
White precast concrete was presented as a viable solution to the Client meeting specific criteria in terms of visual aesthetics and remaining financially sensitive.
